What we collect,
how we handle it, and what we do not do.

What we collect

Every audit and contact form on this site asks for the same small set of fields. They exist so Restrike can respond to the request you started — nothing more.

• Your name— so we can address the reply.
• Roofing company— so we know which market you operate in.
• Work email— the address we reply to.
• Phone number— a backup reply channel when email is slow.
• Approximate eligible lead-list size— optional. Used only to scope the recovery audit.
• Consent flag— a record that you confirmed the contact-by-phone-or-email checkbox before the form was submitted.

How we send it

Form submissions travel as a JSON POST body to /api/contact over HTTPS. No name, phone number, company, email address, or list size is placed in the URL. The route handler then forwards the message server-to-server through Polsia's email proxy to kingshiftglobal@gmail.com. The proxy receives the message via authenticated API requests; no third-party vendor SDK is shipped in the customer repo.

What we store

The route handler writes a single row to the platform's ContactMessage table: the submitted name, email, and a packed message field that combines the company, phone, approximate list size, the [consent] flag (or [no-consent] when consent was not given), and the submitter's name plus reply-to address. The audit and contact pipelines persist through a shared table — there is no separate database for “audit” vs. “demo” vs. “messaging”.

We do not sell, rent, or trade the ContactMessage rows with third parties, and we do not hand them off to outside marketing networks.

What we do not do

• We do not auto-enroll a submission into an SMS or voice-AI marketing sequence without separately reviewed consent language and approval.
• We do not share your details with vendors, lead-generation marketplaces, or affiliate networks.
• We do not use the form fields to build behavioural advertising audiences or to retarget you across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete or correct the ContactMessage row tied to your submission by emailing kingshiftglobal@gmail.com. The exact same address is the one that receives every audit and contact submission.
